Several deep channels feeding this area bring a lot of action from sharks, sheepshead,
speckled trout (seatrout), king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, and redfish. Speckled trout and
redfish can be found up the rivers and will as the inlets, bays and sounds. If you work the
falling tides around the cuts you can get a lot of action from fish going after the bait washing
along these cuts.
Description of the Inshore waters:
This area often called the Big Bend area of the Gulf of Mexico, consist of the St. Marks River,
Steinhatchee, Cedar Key and the Suwannee River. It consist of brackish water rivers,
salt="perfect Fly Store"water and brackish water bays. The inshore fishing is usually great year-round in this
section of the Gulf of Mexico.

Fall it a great time for redfish, bluefish, black drum, tripletail, ladyfish, speckled trout.
