Fishing Report Archives:
12/24/18 December is a great month to fish this area. The temperatures have moderated with
little to no humidity and fish are active. Redfish and Speckled Trout are two of the top fish to
fish for. You can get into the rivers and around the islands where wind does not create a
problem and do very well sight fishing in the crystal clear waters of this area.
02/24/19The cold fronts have been pushing down past the big bend area and slowed
the fishing action for January and most of February. Conditions are changing, and trout
are being caught on the flats in the 3-5 range. Sheepshead fishing has been very good.
Spanish Mackeral and Cobia are just around the corner.
