Frogs are a major part of the diet of a largemouth bass and in some cases, smallmouth bass. In the warm, tropical waters that peacock bass thrive in, you will find the frog imitation to be as good or better than any fly. These patterns slightly improved some of the most successful poppers all of which have been around for years. These flies perform where ever the combination of frogs and bass exist. Use them in all types of water from ponds, lakes, reservoirs and warm water rivers. Sneak them off the bank, log or plant leaf and hold on.
