How it works:
Stretch the Sci-Fly Seine around the basket of your fishing net.
Gather the loose elastic band in one hand and grip it to the neck of the fishing net.
Press the net and seine into the streambed.
Stir and kick the streambed upstream of the seine. It can also be used to catch emergers and mayfly spinners in and near the surface.
Examine your sample and match it.
